Christ Episcopal Church, Fairmont, WV, offers worship services with the Eucharist every Sunday morning at 10:30 am. Children's Sunday school for children of all ages is offered during our regular worship service.
Christ Church is a warm and openhearted parish with a rich history of serving God and the Fairmont community. We are part of the Episcopal Church and the worldwide Anglican Communion, and our worship services are taken from the Book of Common Prayer.
A typical worship service at Christ Church includes traditional hymns, readings from scripture, a sermon, prayers, and the celebration of Holy Communion. In the Episcopal Church, all baptized Christians are invited to receive Holy Communion.
The worship of our church is traditional and reverent, but laughter and the noises of babies and children are more than welcome.
