About the event
We will hold a quiet day with guided meditations on Monday, November 4, starting at 10 a.m. and continuing until 1 p.m. Â There will be ample time for prayerful, quiet reflection, with a guided meditation at the beginning of each hour. You are welcome to come and go as needed and take part in any portion of the reflection as you are able. The reflections are not contingent and can stand alone. Light refreshments will be provided.
